The National Disability Technical Coordinating Platform (NDTC) functions as a collaborative framework that effectively coordinates Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) dedicated to disability issues at national, provincial, and community levels.

This technical platform is intended to enhance their capacity to generate evidence, align advocacy strategies, and systematically monitor policy implementation.

By participating, these organizations will be better equipped to collectively influence decision-making, hold duty bearers accountable, and ensure more coherent and impactful engagement with government entities and other stakeholders.

The Embassy, on behalf of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), is seeking qualified consultants to submit proposals for:

🩺 Procurement Backstopping and Advisory Support – Medical Equipment and Supplies

This assignment is a key component of The City of Harare Diagnostic Strengthening Project, which aims to enhance laboratory and diagnostic services at Wilkins Hospital and Mabvuku Polyclinic. The broader goal is to expand equitable access to quality primary healthcare in underserved urban communities.

🔍 WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

✔️ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical procurement or procurement oversight,
✔️ Proven experience working with government or public sector entities,
✔️ Strong knowledge of Zimbabwe’s public health procurement landscape,
✔️ Legal eligibility to work in Zimbabwe.

📅 CONTRACT DETAILS:

Duration: 1 April 2026 – 30 September 2027

Level of Effort: Maximum 40 working days
