Winning the Mugota Award wasn’t just recognition; it was a call to keep pushing boundaries and building a future where respect, dignity, and equality thrive for all.

Young men deserve clear guidance on the right channels to follow when they face abuse, bullying, or any mental health challenge. That is why at Mugota we encourage them to speak out, not only to protect their own wellbeing, but also to foster healthy help‑seeking behavior among their peers. By normalizing open conversations, we empower them to access support, build resilience, and create a culture where seeking help is seen as strength, not weakness.
