We are incredibly proud to have participated in the annual House of Arts Festival, running under the powerful theme, “Amplifying the Youth Voice.”As the PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation, we didn’t just set up a standard exhibition booth. We curated a living, breathing artistic space designed to channel the raw, authentic expressions of young people. Every stroke, design, and display at our stand was a direct reflection of the youth voice rising from within tackling real issues and demanding to be heard.Art is our advocacy, and the youth are the authors of our future. Youth voices matter, and leadership begins with participation. Today, PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation is proud to be exhibiting during the ongoing proceedings of the Junior Parliament of Zimbabwe, as the House convenes for the electoral process to choose its new leadership.

Witnessing young people actively participating in democratic processes is a powerful reminder that the future of Zimbabwe is being shaped today. As an organization committed to youth empowerment, civic engagement, and leadership development, we believe that platforms such as the Junior Parliament provide invaluable opportunities for young people to learn, lead, and influence national development.

Our presence at this important event reflects our unwavering commitment to advancing meaningful youth participation, strengthening democratic values, and inspiring a generation of informed, responsible, and visionary young leaders.

As we concluded Men’s Mental Health Month, we brought men together through a language they know best,sport and social connection. On Saturday, 27 June, the PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation hosted the Men’s Mental Wellness Snooker Tournament, using snooker as a familiar space for men from different backgrounds to unwind, connect, and engage in honest, informal conversations about mental health. Beyond the competition, the tournament created a safe environment where laughter, fellowship, and meaningful dialogue reminded us that no man should face life’s challenges alone. Together, we continue to break the stigma, encourage openness, and promote mental wellness one conversation, one game, and one connection at a time.

Today, we proudly commemorated the Day of the African Child in Eastview, Goromonzi, through the unifying power of sport. The day began with a vibrant community march, symbolizing our shared commitment to protecting, empowering, and uplifting every African child. The celebrations culminated in the exciting Eastview Sports Tournament, where young people showcased teamwork, talent, discipline, and resilience both on and off the field.

As we remember the courage of the children of Soweto, we reaffirm our responsibility to ensure that every child has access to education, protection, opportunities, and a safe environment to thrive. Sport continues to be a powerful tool for promoting inclusion, building confidence, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

Together, we celebrate our children—the pride of Africa and the architects of tomorrow.

PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation was honoured to participate in the Public Discussion commemorating the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, held at the United Nations Information Centre in Harare. The engagement brought together key stakeholders, development partners, government representatives, and youth-focused organizations to discuss the growing impact of drug and substance abuse on public health, development, and the future of young people in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa.

Through insightful presentations from WHO, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNAIDS, UNESCO, and Government representatives, important conversations were held on prevention, intervention, rehabilitation, and youth empowerment. As an organization committed to youth development and social transformation, PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation remains dedicated to raising awareness, promoting healthy lifestyles, and creating safe spaces where young people can thrive free from the dangers of drug and substance abuse.

Together, we can build resilient communities and a generation empowered to make positive life choices.

PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation proudly attended the Men’s Mental Wellness Event convened and hosted by the House of Arts Association in Hatcliffe, Harare. The gathering provided a valuable platform for young people from diverse backgrounds to come together, connect, and engage in meaningful social interaction. Throughout the day, participants shared laughter, exchanged ideas, learned from one another’s experiences, and built new friendships in a supportive and welcoming environment. Through fun games, engaging conversations, and team-building activities, the event promoted mental wellness, encouraged positive relationships, and created a safe space where young men could freely interact and support one another. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an impactful initiative that continues to foster unity, personal growth, and mental well-being among young people in our communities.

PaHukama National Youth Oryxes Foundation, in collaboration with Divine Grace Consultancy, successfully hosted a Prefects Training this past Saturday at New Flame Academy.

The session focused on leadership, ethics, communication equipping student leaders with practical tools to serve their schools and communities with integrity.

We are grateful to Divine Grace Consultancy for the partnership and to all the young leaders who showed up ready to grow.
