DreamNet Clinic determined to address mental health care in Zimbabwe

With growing cases of mental health issues in the country which are highly attributed to social economical challenges and increased cases of drug and substance abuse,a Gweru based health centre,DreamNet Mental Health Clinic says there are confident of providing possible lasting solutions to tone down the crisis.
"As a professional institution governed by a set of principles,we are equiped to help with emotional support in the process of helping and rehabilitating our patients," said COA Coordinator, Administrator,Praise Nyaguwa.
The institution is inclusive in every aspect of its programing to ensure that every possible beneficiary is supported accordigly for the betterment of the community they are coming from.
Nyaguwa added that "All those we get to engage with,either as a patient or care giver our most experince is realised in behaviour change and with this positive effects a change in the community is seen.
"We have extended our programming and initiatives to men who feel the need to engage and interact with us on this mission to possively build our community starting with ourselves as active participants."
Meanwhile,DreamNet Mental Health Clinic,Business Unit Manager,Victor Changa,the institution has a comprehensive empowerment initiaves aimed at addressing many economic challenges people face on their day to day lives.
"Our empowerment approach caters for everyone but for us to delve into this we first focus on addressing the emotional challenges one is facing at that particular moment.
"And this then provides us a chance to also access progress," said Changa.
