CPCA Anglican Diocese of Central Zimbabwe

The Bishop Rt Revd Ignatius Makumbe continues to capacitate the institutions in the CPCA Anglican Diocese of Central Zimbabwe by providing safe and clean water through drilling of boreholes. Last year the Diocese funded water reticulation at St Philips Zambezi Pry in Gokwe. Students at the institution are now getting water from taps.

Today we celebrate the successful drilling of a borehole at St Hugh's Mission in Mazinyo, Gokwe. The borehole is expected to provide water to both primary and secondary schools. We thank God for this great development, St Hugh's Mission will never be the same again. We also appreciate our partners TZABA for walking with the Diocese on this life changing project.

The Bishop Ignatius Makumbe commissioned Mr Shepherd Waniwa as head of St Patrick's Primary School. The bishop challenged Mr Waniwa to accomplish the Church's vision of turning the school to a boarding school. Congratulations Mr Waniwa.
