PROJECT OBJECTIVES
•To be the Youth Central Resource Organization of the arts production to enable access to Batswana youth at subsidized centralized rates. The income generated from this activity will be directly saved under the Operations Account which advocates for the daily operations and maintenance of resources. The surplus from the Operations Account will procure additional Youth Resources

•To host 12 arts fund raising competitions on a monthly basis in all districts of Botswana. The income generated from this service will offer monthly sponsorship packages to the youth of arts and show casts. The surplus from this service will be reserved with the Youth Reserves.
•To adjust the Youth Resources to provide tourism services for direct involvement of the arts and recreation industry in local tourism markets. The income generated from these services will serve the Administration and the Reserve Accounts.
•We want to empower all unemployed qualified Youth by making them the agents of our Youth Society. This will be through issuing a systematically designed donations form to them to directly involve different stakeholders with our fund raising campaigns. The income generated from this service will be shared by the society and the agents. This income will be directly reserved as Youth Reserves.
•We want to open a Reserve Account that will advocate for our P20 billion targeted fund. This funds will invested in a portfolio comprising of the INSTITUTIONS OF MULTI MEDIA ARTS DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY AND YOUTH RESERVES. These Institutions will be deemed Youth Central Institutions. The income generated from the institutions will sum up the Youth Reserves. In the long term, these Youth Reserves will be availed to every young business personnel as potential start-up capital of any SMME markets through terms and conditions provided by the Youth Society, as long as the arts and entertainment industry are generating income the business will be a certainty.
