ERDA is a community based, membership and needs driven organization based in Epworth, 20 km away from the capital city of Harare. ERDA works with and through residents to sustainably facilitate participatory governance at local level. To develop collectively with and through residents transparent, accountable local government processes, mechanisms and plans that ensure and allow tax justice as residents increasingly play a central role in policy formulation, design oversight, monitoring and evaluation.
