This Men's Mental Health Month, let's break the stigma and talk about the importance of mental well-being for all men. 1 in 8 men will experience depression in their lifetime, and it's time to recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether it's sharing your own story, reaching out to a friend in need, or supporting a mental health organization, let's create a culture where men feel comfortable talking about their feelings and seeking help when they need it.

Hello October!

We reaffirm our commitment to raising awareness, supporting early detection, and ensuring that no one walks this journey alone. Together, we honor the survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and continue the fight for a future where breast cancer no longer takes lives.

Let’s wear pink, speak up, and stand together, because awareness saves lives, and unity gives hope.

Our Team Leader Opportunity Makanga speaks on the importance of funding grassroots movements in the Global South like Mwanasikana Wanhasi, who are at the forefront of women's rights issues, right in the communities.

She feels that, when we are resourced, we turn struggle into strategy, pain into power, and hope into action. Funded feminist movements don’t just change lives , they transform nation.

At MW, we strongly believe that building strong networks is equally important because they provide spaces for collaboration, resource sharing, and solidarity.

Networks like Yet Trust have enabled us to connect with like-minded groups, strengthened our advocacy efforts, and extend our reach beyond local communities. Through these relationships, we have amplified our impact, learnt from diverse experiences, and made sure that no voice is left unheard in the pursuit of gender equality and social justice.

Empowering women through climate action is crucial, as they are disproportionately affected by climate change.

Climate-resilient agriculture, access to clean water, and protection of health and well-being are essential for women's economic stability and independence. Supporting commmunities through sustainable agriculture practise creates a more equitable and sustainable future for us all.

Let's work together to promote climate action that benefits women and fosters a healthier planet.
