TEEN RESCUE MISSION PARTICIPATES IN MINISTRY OF WOMEN AFFAIRS STAKEHOLDER MEETING.

Today, Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) participated in a stakeholder meeting hosted by the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, as TRM continues to strengthen its engagement and partnership with Government in empowering girls, women and young people.
This marks the third consecutive year that the Ministry has invited Teen Rescue Mission to participate in its stakeholder engagements, reflecting the continued recognition of TRM’s work and contribution towards programmes focused on the empowerment and development of girls and women.
Teen Rescue Mission remains committed to working closely with Government Ministries, departments and other stakeholders as we collectively seek to complement Government efforts in supporting and empowering young people, who are the future generation.
TRM will continue standing with young people and creating opportunities that contribute to a safer, empowered and productive generation.

Teen Rescue Mission Relief Journey Continues.

Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) continues to make a difference in communities through its ongoing relief outreach programme.
Yesterday and today, TRM reached out to communities in Chitungwiza and Harare "Epworth" supporting elderly people in Chitungwiza and vulnerable and challenged families in Epworth, Harare.
Through this outreach, more than 300 families across the two communities received rice packages and blankets in the past two days. The beneficiaries expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the support and the helping hand extended to them by Teen Rescue Mission, with this relief programme powered by the Chinese Embassy.

TRM remains committed to supporting vulnerable communities while creating opportunities and empowering young people to build better futures.
Teen Rescue Mission continues to say NO to drugs, NO to early pregnancy, and NO to crime, as we stand with our young people and give them the support, skills and opportunities they need to thrive.

SAD ONLINE NEWS ON THE GIRL CHILD

Today, coming across the heartbreaking news involving a young girl committing su***de has left us deeply saddened. It is a painful reminder that many young girls are silently facing mental health challenges and emotional struggles that require care, understanding, and timely intervention.
Teen Rescue Mission (TRM), believe that every girl deserves to be heard, supported, loved, and given a safe space to express herself without fear or judgement.
TRM continues to develop and support programmes in schools where we can engage with young girls in a safe and neutral environment, helping them navigate the challenges they face and reminding them that their lives, dreams, and futures matter.
As we prepare to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child in October, Teen Rescue Mission stands committed to raising awareness, showing love and support to the girl child, and creating platforms where young girls can feel valued, empowered, and protected.

Teen Rescue Mission Girls Welcome Miss World Zimbabwe.🇿🇼

Yesterday was a truly special and memorable day as the young girls of Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) proudly welcomed Miss World Zimbabwe home following her successful participation in the Miss World pageant, where she represented Zimbabwe and raised the national flag high.
The TRM girls brought a beautiful atmosphere of celebration to Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport, performing a special song they wrote and dedicated to Miss World Zimbabwe. Their heartfelt performance added a unique touch to the celebrations and made the homecoming even more memorable.
We are also proud that Miss World Zimbabwe continues to stand with Teen Rescue Mission as a volunteer, using her platform and influence to inspire and empower young people.

Yesterday also marked the 4th month of the TRM Dance Group serving as brand marketers for the company. This partnership, facilitated by Teen Rescue Mission, continues to create meaningful opportunities for our young people.

Teen Rescue Mission Pays Courtesy Visit to Chitungwiza Mayor At Her Office.

Today, Teen Rescue Mission (TRM) had the great honour of paying a courtesy visit to Her Worship, the Mayor of Chitungwiza, Ms Rosaria Mangoma, together with the Chitungwiza Executive Council management.
During the meeting, TRM presented the impact of its work among young people in Chitungwiza, highlighting its programmes aimed at empowering youths and creating opportunities for them.
Her Worship the Mayor expressed her appreciation for the work being done by Teen Rescue Mission in helping combat drug and substance abuse, early pregnancy and other challenges affecting young people in Chitungwiza. She also commended TRM for equipping a large number of youths with life skills and for facilitating opportunities for young people to access employment with major companies in Zimbabwe.
Teen Rescue Mission remains committed to working together with local authorities and other stakeholders to create a better future for young people and to empower them to reach their full potential.
