Recap | World Cancer Day – 4 February 2026 🎗️

On 4 February 2026, Pamuhacha HIV and AIDS Prevention Project proudly joined the global community in commemorating World Cancer Day, raising awareness on cancer prevention, early detection, and access to treatment.

We continue to share vital information on cancer risk factors, the importance of regular screening, and healthy lifestyle choices. As an organisation committed to community health, we reaffirm our dedication to promoting wellness and saving lives through early intervention.

Together, we can reduce the impact of cancer in our communities. Prevention starts with awareness. Early detection saves lives.

🧡 Let’s build a community where reporting abuse is encouraged, supporting survivors is a shared responsibility, and silence is never an option.

Digital violence is increasing — from cyberbullying and online harassment to threats, stalking, and the misuse of images. These violations cause real harm, limiting women’s freedom, confidence and safety in digital spaces.

At Pamuhacha, we stand for a world where every woman and girl can engage online without fear of intimidation or abuse.

💛 No survivor should struggle in silence.
Every incident must be taken seriously.
No perpetrator should hide behind a screen.

👉 Raise your voice. Report the abuse. Stand with survivors. Let’s end Digital Violence.

Together, we can create safer digital and physical communities for all.

🟣 When the Abuse Is Online, the Pain Is Still Real

Behind every screen is a real woman, a real girl, with real feelings.
Digital violence may happen quietly, but its wounds run deep — anxiety, embarrassment, fear, and isolation.

Today we highlight the emotional toll that is often overlooked.
It’s not just the hateful comment or the threatening message. It’s the sleepless night that follows,
the deleted social media account,
the lost confidence,
the voice that grows quieter.

Pamuhacha stands with every survivor who has ever felt alone behind a screen.

Let’s build digital communities that protect, not punish.
Because kindness is also a form of activism.

💜 Be mindful. Be respectful. Be human online.
