NODE Byo Metropolitan today successfully participated in the national campaign together with the team from FiveStreet Byo, joining other many organizations across . The team cleaned up the streets along five-street, 5th and 6th Avenue , and drew participation from the local vendors who where excited about this national initiative.

The national clean-up campaign is an event held on the 1st Friday of every month, initiated by the government in 2018 to promote a culture of , , & ownership.

Following our recent visit and donation activity at St Francis Home, the event was graced by esteemed guests, including Mr. Chikomo, representing the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs, Hon. Judith Ncube. Other notable attendees included Mr. Mazambane, Provincial Education Director for Bulawayo; Mr. Mthethwa, Bulawayo Provincial HR for Education; Provincial members from ZANU PF Party Bulawayo Province; and NODE Byo Metropolitan Provincial Chairman Eddie Benson Muchenje, accompanied by NODE executive members and the leadership of Saint Francis Special Home and School.

On February 28 2025, NODE Byo Metropolitan held a Charity Day at Special Home and School, a haven for people living with disabilities in . NODE donated essential items such as groceries and tracksuits for the children and also pledged to provide critical services, including Borehole Drilling, : Courtesy of Tel·One and assistance in the completion and maintenance of one of the Blocks under construction. As an affiliate of ZANU PF Party , NODE is committed to leaving no one and no place behind.

As part of NODE Byo Metropolitan activities, last December, we visited the Anju Farm Prison in Nyamandlovu to spend the Christmas holiday with the inmates and show them that society had not abandoned them.
