South Western Region Gender Network A regional gender focused network that was formed in December 2010 to advance gender equality, equity, women and girls issues.

SWRGN was established by 10
NGOs operating in the South Western region of Zimbabwe specifically in Matabeleland South, Matabeleland North, Bulawayo, Midlands and Masvingo Provinces advancing gender equality, equity, women and girls issues. It was established to fulfill a gap and a need of South Western region NGOs advancing gender equality, equity, women and girls issues of not having a local, rep

resentative and functional gender, women and girls focused network that
identifies and responds to member organisations’ needs and constraints. The membership of the network consists of registered not for profit organisations, operating in the South Western region of Zimbabwe.
