Zimbabwe Parents of Handicapped Children Association Bulawayo ZPHCA is a mutual support and advocacy association for parents of children and young adults representing all forms of disabilities.

It is a watchdog for the preservation and promotion of the rights of children and young adults with disabilities. We deal with various types of disabilities e.g. Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Microcephaly, Hydrocephaly, Albinism, Osteogenisis imperfector, Epilepsy, speech impairment, visual impairment, down syndrome, just to name a few.
