Round Table is an international organisation of young, like-minded men who aspire to live by the aims and objects of the organisation:

To develop the fellowship of young men through the medium of their business and professional occupations and community service activities;
To encourage active and responsible citizenship by cultivating the highest ideals in business, professional and civic

traditions;
To promote and further international understanding, friendship and cooperation;
To promote the extension of the Round Table movement throughout the world. Area Zimbabwe constitutes the collection of Round Table clubs, or Tables, within Zimbabwe that operate under the auspices of Round Table Central Africa (RTCA), which is itself an association of Round Table International (RTI).
