Phumula Arise Social Society is working to improve, promote and eradicate poverty, through sustainable: Education, Sports and Arts Development, Agriculture and community developmental programmes. The society hereby constituted will be called PHUMULA ARISE SOCIAL SOCIETY. The acronym of the society’s name will be PASS (hereinafter referred to as the society). PASS townships include the following;
Pumula Old; A, B, C; Pumula South; Robert Sinyoka; Mazwi, St. The society;
a. Exist on its own right, separately from its members. Continue to exist even if membership changes and there are different office bearers. Be able to own property and other possessions. Be able to sue and be sued on its own name. Fundraise for the society in any legal means
