In accordance with the ECZ calendar for kankoyo constituency, today, tomorrow and Thursday we shall be in Bufuke ward to account for what the UPND government through Hakainde Hichilema has done to improve:

1 Water and Sanitation

2 Human capital through ;

2.1 Free education
2.2 Through the CDF Expand classroom blocks to increase accessibility
2.3 Through the increased CDF provide Desk
2.4 Through the increased CDF renovate old ablution block and sink solar powered borehole
2.5 Through the CDF provide skill training programmes

2.6 Recruitment of teachers to improve teachers pupil ratio

2.7 Improve nutrition requirements in pupil through feeding in schools

3.1 Improve Health care in government clinics by Improve drug availability from as low as 27% to above 84%

3.2 Recruitment of Nurses and doctors to improve health care

4 Contribute to the increase in maize production from 2.3 metric in 2020 tonnes to 5 Metric tonnes in 2026 by;
4.1 Procurement of 5 by 75hp tractors to mechanise maize production which farmers only buy fuel to use them.

4.2 Building of bridge and new roads in Muya, Salumingo, Mindela and Nsato farm blocks

4.3 Provide a Rosa bus from our family resources to transport farmers from and to farm blocks

4.4 Bring FRA close to the farmers by opening a Depot in Butondo.

5 Job Creation through the support of the opening of the new Luansobe Copper mine and the formalisation of the Zimba Mining Cooperative.

6 Revamping of sports by

6.1 Building of a basketball court

6.2 Provide financial support to Butondo western tigers since 2020 to register players, transport to meet all fixtures, high quality football jerseys to motivate the players and winning bonuses to motivate them qualify from division 4 in 2020 to Division 1 in 2026.

7 Improvement of infrastructure in market by:

7.1 sinking boreholes and renovating ablution blocks
7.2 Paving of Butondo Market

And also make a commitment to the People of Butondo and Bufuke should they exted the contract with the UPND government on 13th August to:
1 Using the Improved CDF build the school hall at Butondo secondary school

2 Building a new police station

3 Build a New clinic and Martenity wing

4 Refurbishment of the old market to mordenise it

5 Building an upstairs 1×5 morden classroom block at Butondo Secondary.

6 Build a public library with computers and star link Internet to improve accessibility to information

7 Installation street lights in different mojor roads.

8 Use the newly procured 21 ton excavator to rebuild and expand sewer system.
