Empowering Rural Women: Chileleko Club Leads the Way
In rural Monze, a group of women has boldly defied traditional norms, refusing to be confined to domestic roles. The Chileleko Club, beneficiaries of the SHARE project, has taken proactive steps to ensure economic resilience amidst drought-induced challenges.
The SHARE Project: Uplifting Rural Livelihoods Initiated by Youth Motivation Team - Zambia, the SHARE project aims to enhance the living standards of rural communities, focusing on women and youth. This comprehensive initiative comprises five key components:
1. Savings and Village Banking
2. Hygiene and Water Sanitation
3. Agriculture and climate change services
4. Read to Lead (Literacy and Education)
5. Entrepreneurship and Empowerment
Chileleko Club Success Story
