In 2016. We opened Easy Learning Academy and the school managed to enroll 167 learners. He then appointed me as Principal. Out of 167 He directed that we employ all teachers who came for interviews. I asked him sir? How are we going to manage paying teachers and rentals. He calmly responded. Mr Musonda in life when you have a small privallege Help those in needs and God shall take care your source. I remember one Sunday He called for a preparedness meeting in readiness for Opening. He firstly congratulated me for Passing my bachelor Degree! Then, He told me that, we are going to recruit 150 learners from maiteneke, Senama and Namwandwe to be learning for free. I have witnessed him getting his salary and getting loans to pay for school fees for learners and teachers salaries, Some of his friends were saying Doc Banda is acting Jesus part 3.
Fast Forward, He was Appointed DC Chifunabuli, Every week I was receiving calls Mr Musonda I have sent something please buy a coffin and meali meal and send it to the Bus. sometimes I was asking my self if buying coffins for the people is part of the functions of the office of the DC. The man is always priortise to help than to acquire resources for himself.
In my Last 13years I have been close to Dr Banda personally I have witnessed many people especially youths being helped by him. Helping people getting chances and opportunities. Mansa East will benefit from This man I'm telling you.
Mwebana banandi. ba mayoo naba taata. ciyeni tubombele pamo Tutungilile Banda. For the UPND party please give us Dr Banda. we want real and meaningfully life impact Development in Mansa East.

THE OTHER SIDE OF DR BANDA ASPIRING MP FOR MANSA EAST CONSTITUENCY YOU MUST KNOW..

I met Dr Banda in 2014, This was my frustrated afternoon after being left out of the successful list of applicants at mansa college of education. walking through St clement Road, I met Dr Banda standing at St Clements with batches of brochures for Tuition Adverts. He called me and offered me a short time job. He then told me to go at St Clements the following day to look for him, Because he was teaching there. I worked my assignment and at I spent a night at Down UB. In the morning, I went to look for him. He noticed me and came out of the class, He noticed that I was hungry, He then gave me a direction to go in town and collect some sausages because he had a very big Butchery behind GBM complex. I ate and continue my assignment.He paid me a k80 and I rented a ka 1 room house in namwandwe for 3 months at k60. Noticed my vonurability Dr Banda was touched. He started lecturing me and start building my life. He Firtly appointed me as cashier for his tuition Centre. later he started lecturing me as a Teacher. He then introduced me to grade 9 by that time as their teacher. He Mentored me and gain enough confidence to become a teacher without any paper. He later paid for Diploma in Civic Education and English under Distance. He later Appointed me as An Accountant Of Easy Learning Academy. During my tenure as an Accountant sometimes we use to encounter some challenges because Half of our learners were learning for free. When I asked him boss what do we do for these learners who are not paying. He would suggest that I cut his salary as the school director and as a teacher of Chemistry and biology to pay Teachers on behalf of the learners. Teachers whom we engaged suspiciously were thinking we were making a lot of money because of the good number of learners. Some Started taking away some learners out of our school (The birth of Turbanacle Tuition center,Kamuwell and many more)
