We are warming up and getting ready to learn from the great Isaac Pomboloka (IP).
:
We are happy to announce our partnership with IP as mentor in the YWWAV Mentorship program 2023 cohort to see that our mentees are equipped right as they prepare to take on the world.

Mr Pomboloka is a man of many titles, not only is he an author, he is a 2023 Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders, A United States government flagship program for Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), a 2023-2025 HU center for global business Fellow. He is the recipient of 2023 UNESCO center for peace international Nelson Mandela fellow award. Isaac was awarded a Continental Award as Africa's 2022 Rising Star Healthcare Professional by a UK based organization, Zenith Global Health. He is also a National Award-winning Author of two best selling books and was named as 2021 Zambia's most influential author during TYOS National awards hosted by CDI Zambia at UNZA.

IP Isaac runs IP Limitless, a consulting venture focusing on digital health trainings, professional team buildings, workplace wellness trainings and Transformational leadership trainings for institutions.
He is the founder of C**A Africa a non profit organization redefining Youth development in Africa. Since its inception in 2021, C**A has funded the educational and skills development trainings of many young people and has also sponsored authors documenting the great stories of Africa.

GROWTH MINDSET AND POSITIONING

You can have a GROWTH MINDSET and all the traits of a person who attracts SUCCESS but if your environment does not influence
GROWTH, chances of you remaining an average person are high.
POSITIONING plays a huge role in how far we go.

I hope that we are all mindful of how we position ourselves as we navigate through life and how to attain our goals. Often times we are sure of our capabilities but our environment does not give us the confidence to push or execute some of the plans we set in order to achieve our objectives.

Today I want to remind you to be very aware of who you are, where you are, where you want to be and also check if you have settled.
Watch who you constantly surround yourself with and weigh the level of growth you are able to attain with that company you’re keeping.

If you constantly feel like you can do more away from your current friends, away from your current job, away from your home town or current place of residence, chances are that you will or can do better.

May you fear nothing and position yourself in places that trigger your growth and success to manifest.
