Why I Started Identity Finders

I started Identity Finders because I was tired of seeing potential wasted.

In Zambia, we don’t lack intelligent young people.
We lack structured guidance.

I kept seeing the same pattern ,bright school leavers drifting.
Talented, Capable, Full of ideas.
But unclear about who they are and where they are going.

The problem isn’t laziness, It’s identity.

When a young person doesn’t understand who they are, every decision becomes confusing. Career choices. Friendships. Discipline. Direction.

Identity Finders exists to close that gap.

We focus on identity, structure and intentional mentorship because clarity builds confidence, and confidence builds momentum.

This is not just a program to me.
It is a responsibility.
