We have received a few questions about our recent silence, and we want to share an update.
IDF is not slowing down, we are evolving and building something meaningful.
In this new phase, we are focusing more on innovation and long term impact. We have been developing structured empowerment programs and courses designed to help individuals become independent, self-aware, and effective in their personal and professional lives.
Some of the programs we’ve been building include:
1. Identity & Self-Discovery Program – helping individuals understand who they are, their values, strengths, and direction in life
2. Career Readiness & Workplace Competence Training - equipping young people with practical skills needed to perform and thrive in the workplace
3.Leadership & Personal Development Program- building confidence, responsibility, communication, and decision-making skills
4. School and university outreach programs- workshops and seminars on purpose, career awareness, leadership, mental resilience and life skills.
While we are still committed to supporting communities through donations, our primary focus at this stage is empowerment over dependency building systems that help people help themselves.
We believe real change happens when people are equipped, not just assisted.
