Joseph Nyambe and Gabriel Mwanza are children with special needs that are under our Titandizane Sponsorship program. Joseph is paralyzed from waist down and is unable to walk and relies on diapers while Gabriel mwanza has a tube inserted in his brain that keeps him alive as he suffers from memory loss with one of his arms being non functional.

Through the support of our volunteers, partners, well wishers and friends of FHF, we are able to take care of Joseph and Gabriel through the families they come from. Because if their households are not taken care of they too suffer greatly.

The two are being soley raised by their mothers who struggle to make ends meet and experince great challenges that come in raising children with special needs. We thank you for going out of your way to put a smile on their faces this Christmas. Thank you for providing for them. Thank you for purposely choosing to be a blessing in their lives.

We gathered together to reflect on the goodness of God this 2025, acknowledging His unwavering faithfulness despite the challenges we faced individually.

We recounted the valuable lessons learned during difficult seasons, the ways we managed to survive and persevere, and how God provided, elevated and promoted us in various areas of our lives, including our careers, health, relationships, and personal growth. His faithfulness remains a constant source of strength and hope.

It was a true honor to serve as a blessing at Perseverance Community School, where we engaged with over 300 pupils during our visit.

We conducted a group session as part of our Ku Masuka therapy program, during which pupils received guidance on how to tackle the everyday challenges they encounter while in school.

Additionally, they were fortunate to receive donations of essential school stationery, addressing a critical need for many students who come from underprivileged families and often lack basic supplies such as notebooks, pens, and pencils.

We are are so grateful for Serve and Support Org, the volunteers, friends, partners and well wishers of Faithful Hearts Foundation for your generous support in the lives of the pupils.

Together We Can Make a Difference

At Perseverance Community School, many of the pupils both those with disabilities and those who are well-abled face daily challenges that go far beyond the classroom. Many come from underprivileged homes, yet carry dreams as big as anyone’s.

This season, we’re reaching out to our community with open hearts and hands.
We are collecting donations to help provide school supplies, support services, and create a sustainable future for these incredible children.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the volunteers, partners, well wishers and friends of FHF for the incredible support rendered during our outreach on Saturday, 19th July.

Because of your generosity, we were able to reach families in the area of Kanyama, who are facing truly difficult circumstances. Single parent households, families caring for children with disabilities, and homes under severe financial strain. Many of these families have been carrying burdens silently, but your kindness helped bring not only much needed relief but also hope and dignity to their lives.

Your contribution, whether in kind, financial, or through prayer and encouragement, has made a meaningful impact. The smiles and words of gratitude from these families are a direct reflection of your compassion.

We invite you to join us for our heartfelt winter outreach in Kanyama area, where we will be extending our love and support to families in need.

The stories of struggle and hardship faced by families in our rural communities are deeply moving. Many have experienced unimaginable challenges, resulting in a growing number of children living on the streets due to a lack of support at home.

As we usher in the new year, we find it important to pause and reflect on our heartfelt outreach efforts from 2024.

Thanks to the unwavering dedication of our volunteers and the kindness of our supporters, we were able to bring some holiday cheer to three families in need. We provided them with bags of mealie meal, essential relishes, and clothing for Christmas.

Witnessing the smiles and gratitude of these families was an incredibly moving experience for our volunteers. It reinforced the profound impact that our collective generosity can have on those who are less fortunate.

We are deeply thankful for your continued support, and we are filled with hope and determination to extend even more kindness in 2025. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of many.
