🌿💚 TODAY, WE CELEBRATE A JOURNEY OF HOPE, GROWTH AND TRANSFORMATION! 💚🌿

After six weeks of learning, reflection, meaningful conversations and practical engagement, Hope Reborn Cohort 1 has reached its grand finale! 🎓✨

Today, we come together for our Grand Webinar and Closing Ceremony, celebrating our journey under the theme:

🗣️ “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change.”

Over the past six weeks, we have explored mental health awareness, youth emotional resilience, women’s mental health, men’s mental health, inclusive community responses, leadership and advocacy. We have challenged stigma, learned to listen without judgement, and discovered that mental health is a shared responsibility.

But Hope Reborn was never just about attending sessions or completing assignments. It was about becoming people who notice when someone is struggling, listen when someone speaks, offer support without judgement, and help others connect with appropriate care.

🎤 KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Mr Prince Kapeya
🌟 PANELISTS: Ms Glory Livingstone, Dr Wakisa Ndovie and Ms Chidera Nweze
🎙️ MODERATOR: Emmanuel Phiri

📅 Date: Sunday, 11 October 2026

As we close this cohort, we are not closing the conversation. We are opening a new chapter—one where every participant carries the responsibility to champion mental wellness, challenge stigma, protect dignity and help build more inclusive communities.

To every participant, facilitator, moderator, speaker, partner and supporter: thank you for being part of this journey. The knowledge we have gained must become action, and the voices we have heard must inspire change.

We began as learners. We leave ready to serve as Mental Health Champions. 🌱

🌍💚 HAPPY WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2026! 💚🌍

“Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.”

Behind every mental health journey is a human being with a story that deserves to be heard, respected and understood. Today, we celebrate the courage of those who speak about their struggles, honour those who are still finding their voices, and remember those whose pain has too often gone unnoticed.

🗣️ Listen without judging.
🤝 Believe lived experiences.
💚 Challenge stigma and discrimination.
🌱 Turn stories into meaningful action.

Lived experience is not a weakness, a label or something to be ashamed of. It is a powerful source of knowledge that can transform attitudes, strengthen mental health services and build more compassionate communities.

At Hope Reborn, we believe that healing begins when people feel safe enough to speak and are met with understanding rather than judgement. Let us create spaces where every voice matters, every story is treated with dignity, and no one has to suffer in silence.

Today, let us go beyond awareness. Let us listen, learn, advocate and act. Because when lived experiences are heard, real change becomes possible. 💚

Let’s Talk. Let’s Act. Let’s Heal.

True inclusion isn’t simply inviting someone into the room, it’s making sure they know they belong there.

Under Hope Reborn Week 5, we were reminded that resilience doesn’t mean facing everything alone. Real community support goes beyond external appearances to create safe, confidential spaces where people can speak without judgment, build independence, and take the time they need to heal.
Building resilient communities starts with how we choose to see and support one another.
Ask. Listen. Include today. 💚

How are you fostering belonging in your family, workplace, or community?

Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities

As we continue the Hope Reborn journey, we are pleased to invite you to our Week 5 Public Webinar, centred on an important question:

How do we build communities where everyone feels supported, included and empowered to thrive?

Mental health does not exist in isolation. Our families, schools, workplaces, faith communities, social networks and broader environments all influence how people experience stress, seek support and respond to mental-health challenges.

This week’s conversation will explore resilience, inclusion, community support and the role each of us can play in creating environments where mental wellbeing is prioritised.

We invite young people, mental-health advocates, community leaders, educators, organisations, families and everyone interested in mental wellbeing to join the conversation.

Let us continue asking ourselves:

What can we do differently to build communities where people are not only seen, but heard, supported and included?

Your voice matters.
Your experience matters.
Your wellbeing matters.

Sometimes, learning does not end when a session ends. It continues through reflection, questions, shared experiences and practical application.

Following the technical challenges that affected Tuesday’s Main Training Session, we are using today’s session as an opportunity to revisit, reflect on and engage with the key theme:

“Inclusive Mental Health & Community Response: Mental Health for Everyone.”

Revisit. Reflect. Engage. Grow.

As Mental Health Champions, our responsibility is not simply to gain knowledge, but to translate that knowledge into greater empathy, responsible action and stronger community support.

We look forward to having the Hope Reborn community join us.
