Mother of Millions Foundation was yesterday the 6th of August honoured to receive various donations for the circumstantial children and the sick elderly women at the Mwembeshi Correctional Facilities from Access Bank members of staff.

Mother of Millions Foundation has for the past 13years been providing Early Childhood Education, Nutrition and Health care support to the circumstantial children who are born and raised in prison. The organization has also been integrating women once released from prison into society with skills and self development programs in six provinces of Zambia.

ONE LIFE CAN CHANGE A COMMUNITY!

Going back to the root cause of crime, substance abuse and imprisonment especially among children and women in prison meant going back to the community. Over 10 years ago Mother of Millions Foundation began work in underserved communities where women and children in prisons were coming from and began to transform hundreds of lives across six provinces of Zambia through skills and personal development and leadership programs.

Our organization has continued to inspire development in grassroots communities and created meaningful impact. We believe that no child should be born and raised in prison.

Mother of Millions Foundation impacts grassroots communities across Zambia with various skills that keep women out of conflict with the law and provides sustainable livelihood. The organization recently sank a bolehole in Katokamema rural settlement area on the Copperbelt. The organization has been offering various impowerment programs and has so far graduated 70 women in this community.

Mother of Millions Foundation, we are dedicated to nurturing and building futures by developing children into responsible citizens. Our core mission involves advocating for the rights of children and establishing child-safe spaces within correctional facilities throughout Zambia.

Our organization currently supports family-based care for children of incarcerated parents, providing assistance to over 50 households in the Western Province. Additionally, we provide daily care for hundreds of children across six provinces in Zambia.

Our initiatives remain aligned with the primary Sustainable Development Goals, specifically focusing on Quality Education (SDG4), Zero Hunger/Nutrition (SDG2), and Good Health and Well-being (SDG3). We believe that children are not just the leaders of tomorrow; their well-being matters today.
