Make It Happen Youth Foundation is Innovative Life Solution's cornerstone Youth Development and Empowerment Initiative born out of the passionate desire from like-minded youths to help young people turn their ideas/dreams into realities. The Foundation Seek to
Develop, Empower and Motivate the Youth and SMEs in Zambia through its Development Initiatives, Programmes and projects. The initiative was further established to bridge the gap between young people and opportunities through its dedicated initiative of turning viable business ideas into successful businesses for and by the young people of Zambia. Through the Foundation’s development initiatives, services, programmes and projects, we Endeavour to;
• Groom and instill the basics of Entrepreneurship in the youth of Zambia. [Through our Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP)].
• Empower and Equip the Youth and SMEs in Zambia with Business Motivation, Specialized training in Entrepreneurship Skills Development, Business Start-up and Management and Fundraising for Start-up resources.
• Help SMEs and Youths develop their Creative, Achievable and Viable Business ideas with guidance and Start-up resources for their businesses.
• Create Employment for Youths through our SME-Youth Development and Empowerment Programmes. (SME-YDEPs).
• Offer Youths and SMEs through our Consultancy Company with Business Management Consultancy, planning and Success and Wealth Creation Strategies. The Initiative is further geared at empowering and building the capacity of youths from the various sectors in the country, specifically Zambia where we are based. Many are the youth that are churned out of our several basic, senior high and tertiary institutions who are unable to fit into the economic market space thereby rendering them unemployed. We are adopting strategies to equip the youth from the numerous institutions and communities by putting in place holistic programs to implement the vision of this project. The overriding objective of this project is to equip youths with relevant skills, knowledge, practicable principles and training that they need to be successful academically, global entrepreneurs and to reduce youth unemployment to the barest minimum. To build a new generation of well-informed and adequately equipped social entrepreneurs and young leaders with a vision to selflessly bring lasting change to their society.
2. Discovering and developing young entrepreneurs. Make it Happen Youth Foundation aims to change youths’ mindset to become job creators through the consistent and effective promotion of entrepreneurship in all programmes and projects.
3. To have Make it Happen Youth Foundation present and very functional in all the provinces in Zambia by the year 2015.
