Technology can be a valuable tool for learning and growth, but children also need movement, creativity, conversation, and real-world experiences.

Healthy childhood development depends on balance. Time spent outdoors, playing with friends, exploring, creating, and connecting with family remains just as important as time spent on screens.

Screens should support childhood, not replace it.

Not everything you see online tells the whole story.

Focus on your own growth, your own journey, and the things that make you uniquely you.

Social media is not real life.

Sleep is one of the most important ingredients for good health and mental well-being.

While technology can be entertaining and useful, excessive screen time before bed can make it harder to fall asleep and get the rest our bodies need.

Creating healthy bedtime habits can improve focus, mood, learning, and overall well-being.

Healthy sleep is essential for healthy minds.

Technology helps us stay connected with people across the world, but we should not forget the people sitting right beside us.

Sometimes the most meaningful conversations, memories, and moments happen when we put our devices down and give our full attention to family and friends.

A few minutes of genuine connection can strengthen relationships in ways that no screen ever can.

The strongest connections happen face to face.

Over the past two days (8–9 June 2026), Zambia Cybersecurity Initiative Foundation (ZCSIF) had the privilege of facilitating a training workshop on the Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools for Organizational Efficiency for the team at Disability Rights Watch Zambia.

The workshop equipped participants with practical knowledge and hands-on skills in using AI responsibly to enhance productivity, communication, research, reporting, advocacy, and decision-making. Participants also explored ethical AI use, prompt engineering, accessibility-focused AI tools, and strategies for integrating AI into organizational workflows.

We are proud to support organizations working to create a more inclusive society and look forward to seeing how these tools will contribute to greater impact and efficiency in their important work.

A sincere thank you to Disability Rights Watch Zambia for the opportunity to collaborate and learn together.

Entertainment is an important part of life, but balance matters.

Videos, games, and social media can be fun and enjoyable. However, when screen time begins to replace family time, learning, rest, or real-world experiences, it may be time to pause and reconnect.

Technology is best enjoyed when it complements life rather than controls it.

Entertainment is healthy in moderation.

Artificial Intelligence is transforming the workplace by helping people work smarter, improve productivity, and make better decisions.

While some jobs will evolve, new opportunities will emerge for those willing to learn, adapt, and embrace innovation.

The future of work is not about humans versus AI. It is about humans working alongside AI to create greater impact.

The future belongs to those who learn, adapt, and innovate.
