YOUR LIKE. YOUR SHARE. IT’S NOT SMALL.

‎Liking this post isn’t for HAZ.
‎Sharing this post isn’t for clout.
‎Commenting “Tuli pamo” isn’t just a trend.

‎It’s for the youth in your phonebook who smiles in public but cries in private.
‎It’s for your cousin fighting depression after losing a job.
‎It’s for that friend who posted “I’m tired” and you scrolled past.

‎Hearts Alive Zambia started _“Say No To Su***de”_ because we’re tired of burying our friends in silence.

‎So this is how we care:

‎1 Like = “I see you. You’re not invisible.”
‎1 Share = “This message needs to reach them before tonight does.”
‎1 Comment = “You’ve got people. Right here.”

‎Every tap pushes this post to one more timeline. One more DM. One more person who thought _“no one would notice if I’m gone.”_

‎One share = One life.
‎We don’t know whose. And that’s the point.

‎If you or someone you know is struggling: *933*. Free. 24/7. Trained counselors. No judgment.

CAMPAIGN LAUNCH: SAY NO TO SU***DE 🚨

‎Hearts Alive Zambia is back. And today, we’re launching something bigger than us.

‎Campaign Theme: “Speak, We’re Listening. Your Story Isn’t Over.”_

‎Why: Because too many Zambian youths are fighting silent battles — drug abuse, depression, early marriage, teenage pregnancy, child abuse. And too many think ending their story is the only way out.

‎It’s not.

‎HAZ Motto: Building a strong foundation right in the hearts of the people. Because we believe sharing is caring._
‎That’s why we’re creating space to talk. To listen. To stay.

‎From today:
‎1. We’ll share real stories, real tools, and real hope
‎2. We’ll run outreach in schools, churches, and online
‎3. We’ll remind you: 933 is free. 24/7. You are not alone.

‎This is not entertainment. This is advocacy.
‎This is HAZ.

‎If you’re with us, comment “Tuli Pamo”.
‎If you need us, call 0973845050 or what's app 0772117273

‎Your Story Isn’t Over.
