When the Israelites came up into wilderness, God revealed the purpose for silver and gold that He had asked them to collect from the Egyptians.He wanted them to build the sanctuary.

God told Isaac to stay in a famine stricken Land and sow seed.i have heard many people say,"How can a loving God ask me to give when I'm passing through difficult times?"Believers who desire to flourish in famine stricken environments should practice the principle of giving their best especially when passing through difficult times.it is unscriptural to withhold our tithes and seed so that we can sort out our troubles.

Many people suspend their acts of generosity saying that they can't give because they are passing through difficult times.it is your acts of generosity which deliver you from difficult times.sowing of seed is a biblical teaching.no seed no harvest.it is a proven fact that christians who take offence at the teaching of seed never come out of their financial struggles.
