This is one of the tragedies of our times.

We have people who confess that they believe, yet there is little evidence of the transforming work of regeneration and when challenged, the response is often: “Do not judge.”

But Scripture teaches that regeneration changes a person’s inner disposition:
• from resistance toward God to a desire for God;
• from spiritual deadness to spiritual life;
• from love of sin toward a growing love for righteousness.

Regeneration is not merely an invisible experience. A changed heart produces a changed life over time:
• repentance;
• growth in holiness;
• love for God and others;
• a desire to obey God’s Word.

This does not mean a regenerated person becomes instantly perfect. It means there is a new direction—a lifelong process of sanctification where God continues to transform us.

Our spiritual foundation affects every other area of our lives. If we do not get this right, everything else we build will eventually be affected.

So here is where begin in our transformation journey; we look beyond the altar call, beyond the believer’s prayer, and ask the deeper questions:
Was there conviction of sin?
Is there evidence of a changed life since you encountered Christ?
What fruit is being produced?

A horse standing in a car park does not become a Bentley because it is standing where a Bentley would be parked. Appearance, location, or association do not change its nature.

Transformation comes from becoming new in Christ. We often struggle with purpose because we are not clear on identity.

Let them Misunderstand You

Proverbs 8 shows wisdom calling loudly but not everyone listens.

When you follow wisdom, not everyone will agree with your timing, your choices, or your boundaries.

So ‘Let Them’
Let them question your decisions.
Let them not understand your growth.
Let them assume what they want.

Your job is not emotional approval but it is alignment.
Emotional maturity is choosing truth over validation.

“Where do you struggle most, approval or obedience to wisdom?”

Impulse Control

Proverbs 6 warns about impulsive decisions quick words, quick commitments, quick reactions.

Alot of emotional damage doesn’t come from others it comes from reacting too fast to others.

This is where Let Them sharpens wisdom:
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them rush you.
Let them expect an instant response.

You don’t have to match their urgency.
Emotional maturity is:
Not reacting just because something triggered you.

Pause is power.

“What do you struggle with more reacting or overcommitting?”

KEEP CHASING YOUR DREAMS

A few days ago I talked about time and chance not merely being a matter of luck, and I think Vozinha’s story best illustrates it! In his 40’s he has had dreams, he has worked hard and now the greatest player of all time said he would recommend him!

One thing about me I love a good underdog story! ☺️ and this is a really good one!

“Don’t keep your wounds open as evidence for a trial that will never come.” 🤍
