As Women and Girls led organization we believe that the involvement of men in the fight against gender inequality is key. It shifts harmful norms, reduces violence, shares caregiving responsibilities and promotes positive masculinity.

What a great week we had participating in the Women & Girls Fund programme

Siba'jeine Malilwe our program officer summed up her learning experience.

“I’ve gained valuable insights into the difference between advocacy and service delivery with a stronger focus on driving long term policy-based change. I’ve also deepened my understanding of the Human Rights-Based Approach especially identifying rights holders and duty bearers while promoting accountability. Through this learning journey I’ve strengthened my ability to analyze policies, identify key advocacy entry points, and use evidence to highlight gaps and overlooked community issues. I envision a growth in my capacity to engage stakeholders, including government, and to design meaningful advocacy campaigns and dialogues that create real impact. Grateful for the growth and excited to put these skills into action! 💡✨”

African Regional Convening Towards Women Deliver 2026

In November 2025, Jomo K Mbao attended the Africa Regional Convening Towards Women Deliver 2026 in his capacity as member of Bingiza and Youth Chairperson of Men Engage Zambia youth Committee.

During the convention members present deliberated on various matters relating to SRHR access by women and young people as well as the importance of youth engagement and advocacy. Strategies were discussed on how young people can amplify their voices to enhance social justice change.
