LifeLine/Childline Zambia is an organisation that conducts counselling, guidance and referral services on various social and health problems that affect the Zambian Community through a toll free 116 Child helpline and 933 Gender Based Violence Line. We operate 24/7/365 in telephone counselling service and outreach services for children and adults that faces problems like Child Abuse,Child Marriage, On-line Abuse, Child Labour and Gender-Based Violence, HIV/AIDS etc.

Today, we stand with the front-line workers, counsellors, and health responders who show up every day so that no woman, child, or survivor faces crisis alone.

At LifeLine/ChildLine Zambia, our #116 helpline exists because we believe protection systems should work the way they're meant to: safe spaces to speak, skilled support on the other end of the line, and a pathway to care for survivors of abuse and violence, even in the hardest-to-reach communities.

We're proud to work alongside partners like UNFPA Zambia, whose Community Protection Monitors extend that same promise into humanitarian response settings, linking toll-free lines like #116 and #933 to real, life-saving support on the ground.
