MARAKIDS FUN RUN 2026

A Celebration of Health, Community and Environmental Responsibility

The MaraKids Fun Run 2026, held on Saturday, 11th July 2026, at Rhodes Park School, was successfully concluded with an outstanding turnout of more than 100 children, accompanied by their parents and guardians.

Held under the theme "Don't Throw It, Bin It," the event not only promoted healthy living and physical fitness but also encouraged children and families to embrace environmental responsibility by keeping their surroundings clean and disposing of waste responsibly.

The event brought together families, partners, sponsors, vendors, and the wider community in promoting healthy lifestyles, positive social engagement, and environmental stewardship. Activities commenced with a guided warm-up and aerobics session before participants took part in the 5km, 3.5km, and 2.5km races, alongside a health walk and a variety of fun movement games designed to encourage participation, teamwork, and enjoyment.

The programme concluded with an official prize-giving ceremony, recognizing the remarkable effort, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship demonstrated by all participants.

The success of the MaraKids Fun Run 2026 is a testament to the power of collaboration and our shared commitment to investing in the well-being of our children and communities. Entrance: Manchinchi Road
