Today we had the pleasure of hosting Sibeso Amukena, Ethan Mukopesha Ziba, and Lego Jere with our youths in Chawama through PPYF Youth Connect.

Sibeso engaged the youths on sexual and reproductive health rights, Ethan shared insights on building impact and Lego led a powerful session on assertiveness and motivation.

This Saturday on PPYF Youth Connect, under the theme Learn Grow Apply, we are excited to have Sibeso Amukena as one of our facilitators. She is a student at the University of Zambia, a media personality, news caster and radio presenter.

She is also the Miss Menstrual Health 2025 Second Runner-Up and a strong advocate for sexual and reproductive health rights, and will be engaging our youths on important conversations around health awareness, wellbeing and empowerment.

Today, PPYF together with the Anti-GBV Club had the honor of hosting Limitless Foundation in Chawama. They met with 150 girls, led a powerful conversation on period poverty, and donated sanitary pads.

We are truly grateful to be part of the Ending Period Poverty campaign and to work with partners who are committed to ensuring our girls can stay in school with dignity.

This Christmas Eve, the PPYF family, in partnership with the Chawama Anti-GBV Club and Eco Youth, celebrated Christmas with our youths and children in Chawama. It was a meaningful time of connection, encouragement, and hope.
We are proud to announce that as of January 2026, 14 girls and boys will be going back to school. We are still fundraising to provide school uniforms for them, and any support will be greatly appreciated.
