Barnabas Mwale is a Trade and Investment Researcher at the Center for Trade Policy and Development (CTPD), with under a decade of experience in the development space. Passionate about trade policy, economic development, and investment strategies, he has contributed to key research projects and policy discussions aimed at enhancing Zambia’s trade and investment landscape.

Currently, Barnabas focuses on trade negotiations, policy analysis, and investment research, leveraging his expertise to support evidence-based decision-making through research. He holds a bachelor of science in Economics and Finance from the University of Lusaka and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in International Trade and Policy. His skills span research, data analysis, trade negotiations, and community engagement.

Beyond work, he is dedicated to fostering youth leadership and capacity building. He is also a proud alumnus of The Kectil Center for Youth Excellence, having been part of its third cohort in 2022.

Mweembe Sikaulu is a seasoned Communications Specialist and Branding Professional with nearly two decades of experience. Her diverse career spanning Media, Banking, and Aviation showcases a deep understanding of the industry. With a background in Television Production, Customer Service, Brand Management, Corporate Affairs, and Talk Radio, Mweembe has a well-rounded skillset.

Recognized for her expertise, Mweembe has been honored with the Marketing Personality of the Year at the Annual Zambia Institute of Marketing Conference and Awards Gala and the Corporate Social Responsibility Award for Community Impact.

Mweembe is a strong team player with exceptional relationship building, presentation, and time management skills. Her international upbringing and education in regions such as North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Africa have shaped her global perspective, which she applies to both her professional and personal life.

Xobbe M Mushinge is a seasoned marketing and brand strategist with experience across the UAE, UK, South Africa, and Zambia. She has worked with businesses at different stages of growth, crafting strategies that strengthen brand positioning, attract customers, and drive sales.

Through her consultancy, Trendjetter Marketing, she works with entrepreneurs to refine their brand messaging and market presence.

Xobbe is also a dynamic speaker, known for connecting marketing principles with personal development. Her signature seminar, “Grow Yourself, Grow Your Business,” focuses on how self-leadership directly impacts professional success.

Ann Nettikadan is a seasoned Electronics and Communications engineer with a proven track record of over 12 years in sales and marketing.
