The Commonwealth Alumni Association of Zambia (CAAZ) earlier this year hosted an engaging and insightful panel discussion, “Winning the Year: Habits, Mindsets, and Decisions that Drive Success.”

The session brought together alumni and invited guests to explore practical strategies for personal and professional growth through intentional habits, mindset development, and effective decision-making.

A highlight of the event was the keynote presentation by Rev. Walter Mwambazi on Neuro-Safety Leadership, which examined how neuroscience concepts such as neuroplasticity, habit formation, and the SCARF model can enhance leadership, productivity, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Through an interactive panel discussion and Q&A session, participants shared experiences, exchanged ideas, and reflected on the habits and decisions that contribute to long-term success. The event concluded with remarks from the British Council, encouraging continued engagement and collaboration within the CAAZ community.

Thank you to our speaker, moderator, alumni, and partners for making this event a success. We look forward to building on this momentum throughout the year and strengthening our alumni network through meaningful conversations and shared learning.
