Aligned to one of our core values which is partnership and collaboration,we joined hands with Limitless Foundation with aim to alleviate Period Poverty.On 14th March ,We visited Ipusukilo Primary School and reached out to about 60 young girls.
The activities included
*Skills training:we trained the young girls on how to make their own reusable pads
*We made donations of both reusable and disposable pads
*We had menstural hygiene talks to educate them further
*We concluded with a career development talk to encourage them that they can become all they want be even as a girl child regardless of their socio-economic backgrounds .
