The Future Tomorrow Foundation (FTF) is a nonprofit, non-governmental community led organization committed to improving the lives of people especially children and women less fortunate and vulnerable in Zambia. Future Tomorrow Foundation implements programmes in various sectors to reduce/eradicate poverty, early child marriages and abuse, address diversity/equality and inclusion, sexual reproducti
ve health and rights, HIV-AIDS, human rights, disease burden, poor governance, humanitarian action, disaster risk reduction, and cultural norms using a people centred, community driven, human rights based and inclusive development approach. The organization has worked at the grassroots level to raise awareness, advocate for policy changes, provide service/support, implement program and create safe and healthy spaces individuals. As an inclusive organization, FTF uses the age sensitive, disability inclusive, gender responsive care and support systems, inclusive development approach as the key driver to our programming. Future Tomorrow Foundation Headquarters Office is based in Choma, Zambia, established to provide administrative and programmatic support to FTF offices in the Regional offices in Lusaka and Ndola and target districts. The support includes strategic planning, financial system advice and monitoring, organisational development, program design and development, program evaluation and human resource development.
