In Monze, we worked alongside small business owners to explore more sustainable ways of growingโ€”using less water, reducing waste, and thinking beyond today. What stands out most is not just the change in practices, but the shift in mindset.

These businesses are now making decisions with the future in mindโ€”๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐ž๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ก๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ.

This year, we reached an exciting step in our work in Mantapala and Mayukwayukwaโ€”all fish ponds were successfully stocked with fingerlings, marking the start of fish production for more than 80 farmers.

At the same time, farmers are growing vegetables throughout the year thanks to solar-powered irrigation systems, helping families move beyond relying only on rainy seasons.

With additional support such as cold storage for vegetables and solar drying, farmers can now keep their produce fresh longer and reduce losses.

We are committed to building more resilient communities with better food and reliable incomes.
