🤝 A PLEDGE TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE

During the Mindset Workshop, young leaders, entrepreneurs made more than a commitment, we made a pledge.

Together, we signed a declaration to reject the negative stereotypes that society often places on young people and embrace a new identity built on purpose, responsibility, and impact.

We pledged to be:
Change makers, not spectators.

Entrepreneurs, not job seekers alone.

Responsible leaders, committed to serving our communities.

Opportunity creators, not limited by our circumstances.

Future millionaires, driven by innovation, discipline, and integrity.

At Aim-Higher Youth Cooperative - Zambia we believe that transforming communities begins with transforming mindsets. When young people change the way they think, they change the way they live, lead, and contribute to society.
