A seasoned Pastor, Teacher, and Church Planting Trainer, Pastor Effiong carries a deep passion for equipping believers and ministry leaders for impactful Kingdom service. He is a licensed trainer with Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI), Oceanside, USA, and plays a pivotal role in equipping church planters across Africa for effective, sustainable ministry.

With a solid foundation in theological education, pastoral leadership, and spiritual mentorship, Pastor Effiong has spent many years training individuals, churches, and leaders for transformational ministry.

He is also a skilled Human Resource Management Consultant, trained by world-class institutions including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA—bringing with him strategic insight in leadership development, organizational growth, and pastoral care.
