The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will move further north of Zambia, causing rainfall over the northern parts of North-western, Copperbelt, Luapula, Northern, and Muchinga Province. A low-pressure system over Angola, which had extended into western Zambia, is also projected to move northwards. This will lead to showers mainly over the northern parts of Western Province. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will remain under the influence of relatively moist but stable south-easterly airflow, leading to very isolated showers.
