Empowering Zambia’s youth with essential life skills!

Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts is currently in Kabwe leading the revision of the out of school Comprehensive S*xuality Education (CSE) Framework. This collaborative effort brings together government line ministries, civil society, religious leaders, and young people.
Speaking during the official opening this week, Director of Youth Ms. Mable B. Nedziwe shared a powerful reminder of why this matters:
“The revised framework is more than a technical document; it is a commitment to ensuring that every young person, whether in or out of school, has access to accurate, age-appropriate, and evidence-based information to make informed decisions about their health and future.”
A major focus of the new framework is integrating mental health, recognizing how closely it links to young people's sexual and reproductive health and overall development. This drafting process is a massive step toward an inclusive, practical guide built for the real-world aspirations of Zambian youth.
