HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY: ITUMBI WARD COUNCILOR BOYD MUSANGU AT RCOY 2024

Itumbi Ward Councilor Boyd Musangu during a Question and Answer and presentation session at the just ended Regional Conference of Youth on Climate - RCOY 2024 which Zambia hosted at Lusaka's Mulungushi International Conference Center.

The Councilor spoke of some of the challenges people face in his Ward in Itezhi Tezhi as well as some collaborations that have been made by locals and organizations such as Wildlife and Environmental Conservation Society of Zambia - WECSZ with the Voices for Just Climate Action - VCA Zambia aimed at raising awareness on Climate Change and how they can engage in alternative activities for Sustainability.

The Councilor also called for More support towards Climate Finance in order to respond to the challenges faced by people in his area and Itezhi Tezhi at large.
