The strongest influence on a child is not rules but relationship.
If you are a parent and reading this post, here is to encourage you:

• Spend regular time talking to your children. That makes them feel you are their best friend.

• Ask questions without judging. By doing that, you are creating a safe space for them. It helps a child to feel safe to speak.

• Listen more than you lecture. The more you lecture, the more tension raises in you and that closes the child to open up.

• Teach family values calmly and consistently
When children feel loved and respected, they are more open.

BE ALERT TO CHANGES IN BEHAVIOUR!!!

Children go through many emotional and social changes during adolescence.
Us parents should watch for significant shifts in behavior in our children such as:

•Sudden withdrawal from family conversations
•Becoming secretive about phones, online communities, or friends
•Major changes in how they talk about relationships or identity
•Strong influence from certain online groups or peer circles
•Confusion or distress when discussing their feelings about themselves

These signs do not automatically mean anything specific, but they can indicate that a child may be struggling with identity, peer pressure, or emotional challenges within themselves.

As parents, we need to be present in our children's life. Let's not be too busy for our children.Help has to start from home before an outsider comes in.

Parents play the first and most powerful role in shaping a child's values and identity.
Children today are exposed to many ideas through social media, school environments, and friends unlike the time we were growing.

Because of this, as parents, we must stay present, informed, and involved in our children’s lives.

Instead of ignoring difficult conversations, as parents we should create homes where children feel safe to talk honestly about what they are experiencing.

Let us strive to raise a nation with good morals that will shape future leaders.

A marriage ending is so painful but it does not erase dignity, purpose, intelligence, or strength.

Sometimes divorce shakes a person so deeply that they may behave unlike themselves. That is not weakness, it is a human response to emotional pain and change.
