🌸 Menstrual Health Matters — Every Girl Deserves Dignity, Information & Opportunity 🌸

As we commemorate Menstrual Health Day 2026 under the theme “Together for a ,” we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that no girl misses out on education, confidence, or opportunity because of her period.

Through AHF Zambia and Space2Share “Catch Them Young” initiative, young girls, including those who have not yet experienced their first menstruation, were empowered with accurate information about menstrual health, hygiene, and where they can access sanitary pads and support services when needed.
Access to sanitary pads is more than a basic necessity; it is a pathway to keeping girls in school, protecting their dignity, and helping them thrive without stigma or shame.
By educating girls early and creating safe spaces for open conversations, we are building a future where menstruation is understood, supported, and never a barrier to success.
