SAY NO TO STIGMA
Stigma is when someone sees you in a negative way because of a particular characteristic or attribute (such as skin colour, cultural background, a disability ... especially when it comes to public stiga.....
Public stigma involves the negative or discriminatory attitudes that others may have about mental illness.

Being a teenager today is so different than when I was one which wasn't so long ago since I am only in my 30s (haha kidding). The world has changed so much in the last few decades and it seems like being a teen is so much harder now. In my time the most we were worried about is wen can we go outside to play and we were forced to come inside, now is is in reverse.
There are so many challenges that come with growing up in the 21st century, it can be tough trying to navigate through all of these obstacles and figure out life. But that's what makes been a teenager today so interesting it's an adventure figuring out this strange new world!!!
We stand with the teenager's in Zambia who are facing different challenge..... wishing you a higher life
