Crowned Coaching Programme | Cohort II (Safe Men Edition)

Applications are now open.

Designed for young men in universities/Colleges aged between 16-25, who are ready to grow in confidence, strengthen decision-making, build financial discipline, and learn how to navigate systems of influence as they transition from student life into the professional world.

This is a guided coaching experience for those who want to approach their transition into the professional world with clarity and purpose.

Open to applicants based in:
Botswana, Kenya, Namibia, Zambia, Nigeria, and Ghana.

Today, we celebrate a powerful milestone for the CROWNED Coaching Programme 💃❤️

Cohort 1 Graduation Day marks the successful completion of an intensive leadership journey by 20 outstanding young women — 10 from Namibia and 10 from Zambia.
Over the course of the programme, participants have engaged in 12 transformative learning modules, covering leadership, innovation, financial literacy, purpose, personal branding, mental health, identity, academic excellence, community service & volunteerism, entrepreneurship, governance, project design, and resource mobilization.

This has been more than a learning experience — it has been a process of becoming: shaping confident, self-aware, and impact-driven young leaders ready to influence their communities and beyond.

CROWNED Coaching Program is a pan African leadership development initiative designed to equip African youth with the mental resilience, financial wisdom, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to lead and create impact in today’s world.

This fully online program targets university students and African youth aged 16–25, creating a safe and intentional space for growth, clarity, and leadership formation.

The current cohort brings together 20 young women from Zambia 🇿🇲and Namibia🇳🇦, reflecting a growing cross-border movement of empowered emerging leaders committed to personal development and community transformation.

CROWNED goes beyond mentorship—it is structured coaching for real-life readiness, responding to the gap where many young people are full of potential but lack access to financial literacy, entrepreneurship training, fundraising skills, governance awareness, and leadership development.

Through this program, participants grow in:

1. Mental wellbeing and identity formation
2. Purpose-driven leadership and ethics
3. Financial management and economic empowerment
4. Entrepreneurship and innovation for impact
5. Fundraising and resource mobilization
6. Governance, communication, and public speaking
7. Networking, mentorship, and opportunity linkages

CROWNED Coaching Program is raising a generation of African youth who are not waiting for opportunities but are building them.
