As we seek to impart the younger generation with leadership skills, self-efficiency, character growth, as well as help our youth find their purpose, among other values, we remain committed to ensuring that young people are adequately empowered t
o drive inclusive economic and social development. Meet my Mentor believes that efforts to adequately empower the young people should be focused around mindset change. We cannot seek to change that which is external to us without effecting change to that which is internal: our attitudes, values, work ethics etc. We acknowledge that such an effort is not a onetime effort, but should rather be a continuous one and, most importantly, anchored on the Gospel. Since December of 2016, our aim has been to provide a platform for the mentorship of those aged 18 to 40 years, as mindset change among these will have an impact on the sort of country we are going to bequeath to the next generation. We strive to create mentee-mentor relationships that evolve; through mentors who learn as much as they teach. Our activities include Quarterly Teaching Meetings, Breakfasts, Placements, Yearly Conferences, Networking Events, Cocktails and Screenings, Outings and Masterclasses.
