The Eagle has finally closed its eyes, its gentle voice whispering, 'Good night, Mother Zambia.'
It's so saddening to hear the passing of our sixth president ,a great leader ,a father, a role model and a mentor...it's a great lose for all Zambians.
Rest in peace, ECL.

*Advancing Your Potential*

*Mind-Blowing Discussion Alert!*

We just wrapped up an incredible discussion on the topic: "Should s*x be part of the relationship or wait until marriage?"

The insights were eye-opening, and the perspectives were diverse and thought-provoking. Here are some key takeaways:

- Respect for differing opinions is crucial
- Open and honest communication is key in any relationship
- Individual circumstances matter, and there's no one-size-fits-all answer
- Mutual respect and consent are non-negotiable

Some of the most insightful comments included:

- "S*x is not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual."
- "Waiting until marriage doesn't guarantee a healthy s*x life."
- "Communication and trust are essential for any relationship, regardless of when s*x enters the picture."

We're grateful for the brave and vulnerable conversations that took place. If you missed it, stay tuned for our next discussion!

A recent discussion with council committee and ward councilor Raphael chota ward 25 councilor Bornface Bwalya, the leaders and community ,we had to discuss on various ways of improving the community including rethinking social gatherings .Highlighted the importance of moderation, responsible consumption, and inclusive social interactions in celebrations and social events. The session emphasized the need for a cultural shift in approaching these gatherings.

To promote responsible enjoyment of social gatherings, several strategies were suggested. These include implementing responsible serving practices, training staff to recognize signs of intoxication and promote moderation. Offering moderation-focused menus with drink options that promote moderation is also recommended. Additionally, creating inclusive and safe environments that prioritize social connection and safety is crucial. Integrating prevention programs into the hospitality experience can also help.

Furthermore, the discussion extended to community empowerment and community sensitization as vital components of community development. This involves tackling key factors affecting communities through workshops and social campaigns. By engaging communities in open discussions and awareness-raising initiatives, we can:

- Empower individuals to make informed choices about their health and well-being
- Sensitize communities to the importance of responsible consumption and social interaction
- Foster a sense of collective responsibility and ownership in promoting positive change

The discussion underscored the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing to create positive change. By working together, we can redefine the culture of celebrations and social gatherings, fostering a more responsible and inclusive environment for all.
