The National Action for Quality Education in Zambia - NAQEZ joins the rest of the country in extending its profound congratulations to Mr. Evans Lwimba for receiving an Academic Award - the Chijika Ngonga Disability Recognition Award, held at Intercontinental Hotel, Lusaka, on 25th July 2026.

Being deaf/hearing impaired, this award is a valuable testament to his growing efforts in breaking barriers against Persons with Disabilities in education and elsewhere. It is a reflection of his unique commitment to not only scholarship but also equality, equity and the promotion of quality education for all.
