Zambia Achievement Project for Societies (ZAPS) through it's board members, has decided to appoint MR. NYAMBE NYAMBE II as the new ZAPS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (ACTING) from now henceforth till further notice. Taking up from the Leadership of MR. ALEX L. KULUZA II the founder and former Executive Director for ZAPS, Mr Alex Kuluza who has taken another leadership direction to serve under Politics. After a careful consideration as an organization we know and believe that the new Executive Director Mr Nyambe Nyambe will deliver accordingly and bring on board new ideas on the growth of the youth led organization as it creates an enabling environment for every youth to enhance their different skills in different fields, the organization management board takes this very same opportunity to congratulate Mr Nyambe Nyambe for his new appointment as he takes another leadership role, through the same opportunity we want to thank Mr. ALEX KULUZA for the continued support rendered to the organization and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Mr. Alex Kuluza remains an ordinary member of the ZAPS organization.

📍 Zambia Achievement Project for Societies (ZAPS) in Partnership with Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts

We are thrilled to have hosted and sponsored a prestigious Debate Competition at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA). This exciting event brought together four higher learning institutions from Lusaka Province, competing for a spot in the grand finale at the 2025 National Youth Indaba under the theme:

"Voices Amplified and Innovations Ignited."

🎤 Participating Universities:
✅ The University of Zambia (UNZA)
✅ Cavendish University
✅ National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA)
✅ The University of Lusaka (UNILAS)

After an intense and inspiring competition, Cavendish University and NIPA emerged as the top two finalists. They will now advance to the National Youth Indaba, where they will debate against two universities from outside Lusaka Province. The winning team will be awarded by His Excellency, the Republican President of Zambia, Mr. Hakainde Hichilema .

As ZAPS, we remain committed to supporting and sponsoring youth-centered initiatives that empower young people, enhance their exposure, and contribute to their academic and professional growth. The National Youth Week is a crucial time for young voices to be heard, and we believe debate is a powerful platform for youth participation in national affairs.

We are proud to have successfully organized the State Debate, a prestigious event that will culminate in an award ceremony by the Head of State. As the official organizers and sponsors of the National Youth Debate Forum, we will continue to bring together learning institutions to foster intellectual engagement and leadership development among young people.

ZAPS JOB EMPLOYMENT ANNOUNCEMENT!!

ZAMBIA ACHIEVEMENT PROJECT FOR SOCIETIES (ZAPS) Is a Youth Led Organization providing different platforms for every young people in different communities for the betterment of different individuals' life development.
The Organization therefore opens a door of opportunity to any young Leader who wishes to volunteer or work with us on our Educational Project.
Postions available!
1) Provincial Regional Manager (PRM)
2) District Finance Manager (DFM).
3) District Team Leader (DTL)
4) In-school Facilitator.

Applicants must come from the following Provinces and towns.
*Copperbelt province (Mufulira, Kitwe, Chingola,Chililabombwe and Luanshya.)
*Lusaka province (Lusaka District, Chilanga, Kafue and Chongwe.)
*Central province (Kabwe, Mukushi, Serenje, and Kapiri)
*Western province (Mongu, Kaoma and Lukulu.

Qualifications!
An applicant must have; Either A Degree, Diploma, or a Tertiary Advanced certificate in any field, if not at least a Grade Twelve school certificate.
And must be able to express themselves in English Language and the local Language of the place one is applying from, with good looks and good hygiene, social enough to work with different communities, confident enough to Speak to different people in different platforms.

This opportunity runs from 29th January to 7th February (17hrs CAT) 2025.
